This project is designed to enable participants to achieve various fitness and nutrition goals over 12 weeks. Supported by personal training programs, weekly group classes and nutrition plans, this challenge aims to promote healthy living while increasing motivation within the community. Participants will achieve their goals by sharing their successes and supporting each other.
