As "Fitness World", we offer weekly fitness classes and healthy living seminars in this project, which we organize in cooperation with local schools, workplaces and community centers to promote healthy living. Our aim is to encourage people from all walks of life to lead an active lifestyle and raise general health awareness.

"Active Living" Community Health Initiative

Enjoy doing sports in nature! As part of this project, we offer activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, yoga and pilates through monthly outdoor events. Participants will experience the motivation of doing sports in a group while increasing their energy with the refreshing effect of nature.

"Fitness and Nature" Outdoor Activities

This program is designed to support women's physical and mental empowerment and includes fitness classes, nutrition counseling and personal development seminars. Our aim is to increase women's self-confidence and help them lead a healthy and strong life. In this project, special events are also organized for women to come together to support and motivate each other.
